It has the capacity to produce 200 kg pizza bases per hour (1750 pieces/hour). You can make pizza bases in any size you want.
The line consists of dough lowering, dough punching, cutting and waste, single thinning dough assemblies and 17 cm and 22 cm cutting knives.
