Pasteurization Machines
Pasteurization is a method generally used in the food industry. With this method, microorganisms that may cause disease in food are destroyed by heat. Many foodstuff needs to be consumed fresh. However, most of the time it is not possible to consume them instantly. The first ones that come to mind are usually milk and dairy products. Milk that is not consumed daily can spoil very quickly. This is caused by the bacteria and enzymes in it. Here, pasteurization machines come into play. With these machines, long-term preservation and spoilage of food is prevented. The degree of pasteurization is different for each food. For example, while 93-95 degrees is ideal for daily milk, 70 degrees is ideal for cheddar cheese
