The dough rolling capacity of our machine is 200-220 kg per hour (approximately 65-70 trays)
The machine consists of Dough Rolling, Dough Blanching, Quick Cooling – Cutting and Water Pastry Baking Cook Stove assemblies.
Once the dough kneaded in the mixer is rolled to the desired thinness in the dough thinning, it comes to the blanching unit respectively, then it comes out of the quick cooling and cutting units and is placed on the trays.
